Mandie has her own unmistakeable style which has matured well over the last ten years and is capable of bringing a wealth of experience in styling and design to any genre from traditional/new-school, through black & grey & portraits to Japanese traditional.

I have worked as a tattooist for 20 years. I opened True Love Tattoo on Comberton Hill 11 years ago as a solo venture and still enjoy every day. Originally, as True Love Tattoo has a low key presence,(no street frontage), it was hard to find.
Over the passing years a steadily increasing output has made locating True Love Tattoo much easier! With a firm client base across the Midlands, I recently entered the 21st century and reluctantly embarked on a new (for me) adventure with the internet. This has enabled me to connect with more people that love what I do here at True Love Tattoo as much as I do.
Most lately I have been happy to ride the current Japanese wave as I particularly like this style of tattooing, especially flowers and water. As I am a girl I have a good eye for correct placement and construction of a piece more tailored to your form. (Girlie stuff, if in doubt please refer to the galleries!) Ok it's important for boys too.
Up to now no-one has 'served an apprenticeship' with me and for now I'm happy to work alone here at True Love Tattoo. The studio is health authority registered and is not where I live; i.e. not my garage/kitchen or bedroom.
The mood of the Kidderminster studio is very relaxed and private. This in turn allows me to devote my attention entirely to the job in hand. Anyone familiar with the Saturday Scrammble will appreciate this. As with anything that involves a quality finish it's all in the preparation, so if you would like a Mandie Barber tattoo to enrich your soul please plan ahead and make contact, with your ideas as soon as possible.
